Hello! TGIF!
This week felt so short, but as they say, time flies when you’re having fun. I’m writing this from the Delta Sky Club at LaGuardia, en route to Florida for a weekend of family affairs and crab legs.
It’s shaping up to be an analog summer. My favorite escapes are a guided meditation and an Éric Rohmer movie.
Saint Laurent Respiro
Anthony Vaccarello and Henrik Purienne paint a picture of summer I want to live in. Sexy, sepia-toned, fun in the sun. Quirky merch like a custom cooler or inflatable surfboard to go with your nouveau neon swim.
Aquazzura x Net-a-Porter
If you’re Riviera-bound, you’re going to need a pair of sandals from the Aquazzura x Net-a-Porter capsule collection. The Millennial Decorator captures the spirit perfectly. I want to go wherever she’s packing for.
My favorites from the collection are the Florin metallic embellished sandals and the Gemma seafoam beaded flats.
Hunza G x Joe Sweeney
Joe Sweeney’s graphic tees are a funny counterpoint to Hunza G’s bright, body-skimming swimwear. I love the Poulet Roti tee with the bubblegum-pink Xandra bikini. Playful and slightly absurd.
Diptyque Summer
Diptyque’s latest decor collection celebrates sun-soaked nature and the pleasures of living outdoors. The Médicis vases in Pine Green and Water Garden Blue, along with the ombré candleholder, are the standouts for me. Now all I need is a garden.
Vintage at ABASK
On the topic of summer hosting, ABASK has an incredible selection of vintage party essentials, from hand-blown Murano glass and Art Deco crystal to beautiful coupes, serving bowls, and ice cream dishes.
Siedrés Pre-Fall
Fluid silhouettes, movement, and lightweight chiffon that feels like a second skin. The color palette recalls a late-July sunset, with dreamy pastels and micro plaids throughout. There’s one especially perfect wedding guest dress in the mix. Their beachwear collection is worth a second look too, especially the Juniper bikini.
Summer Skin
Uni is popping up at the shack on Prince Street between Broadway and Mercer now through Sunday. If you want to smell like endless summer, I would definitely stop by.
